阻抗分析仪是用于测量电容器、电感器、半导体材料阻抗、容抗和感抗的高精密分析仪器。其测试频率范围覆盖40Hz~110MHz,凭借自动平衡电桥技术，采用四端子对的连接方式，在频率扫描的条件下测得R-X、|Z|-θ等相关参数，通过选取不同的等效电路模型可对待测试件微观结构及变化进行全面分析，如水泥水化过程中微观结构变化等。
Agilent 4294A impedance analyzer can be used to analyze the resistance,capacitive reactance and inductive reactance of capacitor,inductor and semiconductor materials.The testing frequency ranges from 40Hz to 110Hz.The R-X and|Z|-θparameters can be obtained using automatic balance bridge technology with four-terminal connection mode during frequency scanning.The microstructure development of the cement-based materials can be analyzed by choosing appropriate equivalent circuit models.
